We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe displayed on the product page or at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays. MarfiVisions is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services. Shipping costs, if any, will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of beauty and health products, we only accept returns if:

- The item arrived damaged or defective;

- The wrong item was delivered To request a return, contact us at info@themarfivisions.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of us receiving the returned item. We do not accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene reasons.
